      Good company but unfair people treatment

      Pros

      Good place for hardwork. Salary on time. Medical related assistance is good. People are friendly

      Cons

      Appraisal system is nonsense. You cannot identify any area to improve..just one score which is relative and doesn't help at all. Also, ratings are influenced by cdh..and biased. Anyways no one can understand where they stand so no room to discuss either. Current appraisal system ensures that no one can clearly know where one stands based on the score.

      One thing that is salary comes on comitted date without any incentive.

      Cons

      It's more regional based studio, focused mainly on local. Who run the place as per there wishes and company CEO just follow as they say. Most people working here are regional friends and relatives. Only 5% employees are from other place.
