Bowa gave me my first opportunity in the construction industry. Even though I had no prior experience, they hired me as an assistant and paired me with experienced carpenters who taught me a lot on the job. The company really values growth — after one year I was promoted to carpenter. I’m grateful for the training, mentorship, and the chance to build real skills while working on quality projects.
Cons
The main challenge is that carpentry requires a lot of tools, and many of them are expensive. The company does cover a percentage of the cost, which helps, but it’s still an investment for employees.
