      Pros

      Beautiful office, lovely campus and easy to get to

      Cons

      Unprofessional management team. Micro managed beyond belief! Promises of competitive salary and bonus were all lies. No flexibility and sales people have no say in any decisions or pricing programs. Customers and employees are all treated as commodities. High turn over rate with company. Every two years the sales team has changed.

      Steady Pay and hours, some benifits.

      Cons

      Many. Most of the reviews are spot on. BOX has a company first mentality. Their Employees (all but say 20) are expendable. They will lie and decieve customers on a standard basis, which is promoted by the head of sales. Essentially there is no integrity. As a sales rep you are held to standards, but have no abilities to facilitate them without asking daddy in the corner office.
