Pros
Very well organization. Team work environment. Customer focus. Good Quality Systems in place. Excellent people to work with. Opportunities to grow within the company.
Cons
Salary low. I think they should increase salaries in order to retain better quality people with great experience and knowledge.
Pros
Promoted to new roles twice within 9 months, very easy to move up the ladder internally, great work environment in the Clemson location
Cons
Irregular workloads, but not much else
Pros
Room for growth, fantastic work environment, flexible schedule
Cons
Repetitive work might get boring at times
Pros
It was a very fast paced environment to work in. You do get benefits for full-time and paid days off. If you're part-time, you only can get a few days off and have to work weekends.
Cons
Hard to ever call in sick, so if you have a fever buckle up and go to work. Very limited days. If they send you home early, they use your PTO without telling you. Favoritism is high at this company and not every employee is treated equally. If you're at the bottom of the food chain, sucks. Lots of turnover. Bad schedule flexibility. Never the same schedule.
Pros
Offers experience to individuals who are not certified or have recently graduated high school. Friendly and safe work environment. Awesome and loyal donors! Motivated co-workers! Flexible work schedules and reasonable expectations of commitments.
Cons
Depending on the Center, opportunities to move up are limited. Low wages. Confusing management roles, hard to know who to go to for what. Slow or minimal communication between management and the other employees. Opportunities for advancement are not always shared openly.
Pros
It’s a good work environment and you are helping collect stuff that will save lives.
Cons
Sometimes unrealistic expectations which leads to people quitting frequently
Pros
Fast paced work environment that allows for growth.
Cons
Closing shift can work longer hours which is not always a con.
Pros
Flexible scheduling Friendly staff and managers Fun work environment
Cons
Busy during college semesters Difficult to move up within company
Pros
There are absolutely zero positive things about working here.
Cons
-Management acts like you are the dirt they walk on -Donors will speak to you in a manner that is almost considered assault (threats, personal attacks, sexual threats if you're a woman) and management will do nothing about it -They hire absolutely unqualified people who are power hungry and inappropriate in the work environment. They act like they're the managers when you really all hold the same position -Be prepared to be talked down to by EVERYONE. -They'll walk all over you and tell you you don't get to lunch if they're too busy in the center -Tell you you'll get off at 7:30, don't leave until 10 on the busiest nights. -You get paid NOWHERE near what you should for the job tasks -Oh, you want to move up in the company? Forget it. In my 2 years of working there, I literally did not see one person get promoted. Probably because 90% of the people hired barely have a GED
