      Pros

      Hi Frnds, For any fresher, i think there can not be any better place to learn and explore, then SYSBIZ. When i joined sysbiz 2 and a half years back as a fresher, i was provided with all support and guidance that may be required for any fresher to establish his feet in IT industry, and i can proudly say, i have established my foot mark and m still working to embed it more deeper.

      Cons

      Work pressure is never a cons, but if proper recognition of work done is not received, it may shatter freshers confidence.

      Pros

      Will be able to work on latest technologies of J2ee and related Can be able to learn many things and able to work through all software dev phases and process opportunities to implement innovative ideas good hikes on good performance(50-80%) good client base good growth of company

      Cons

      Pretty bad work culture,no personal time. Very tough to carry forward new ideas due to lack of time. Extremely poor management. only those policies followed which favored company rather than employee. no onsite opportunity. substandard salaries. Very poor appraisal process,rarely caters to those who works in reality
