      Good for retirement and oldies, No much challenging work, Nothing is maintained through system or automated.. still old paper work

      Cons

      Pay is very less, no salary difference between juniors engi and seniors engi, Infrastructure n environment is not at all good Worst company ever Please never go into this company.

      -EXTREME OFFICE POLITICS - NO VALUE OF JUNIOR EMPLOYEES(though they are the one who brings business to the company) - Tottaly Sales oriented company. - New staff and employees in ' The Newly Formed Division' are inexperienced, unprofessional and lack of business ethics, which are creating negative image of BPL in the retail market and among present old employees of all divisions of BMTPL.
