      Great team. And the environment is fairly casual. Can manage work life balance well

      Cons

      No responsibility is given outside of the directors. Pretty much every decision has to be run by the CEO including the mails that go out to clients. Pretty poor work satisfaction, as you dont feel like you own any deliverable
