The creative operations teams are unafraid of hard work and enjoy doing it. You'll love the different departments and how they work together.

Leadership is misguided, inappropriately addresses concerns publicly, lacks self-awareness about causing productivity issues, and is hyper-fixated on platforms or systems that reduce internal efficiency so they can implement micro-management.

- very nice office space and nice perks such as team lunches, happy hours, and events - audiovisual equipment provided in house - most people are kind and interesting - made an effort to get to know new hires - culture based on a shared love for music - creativity valued most of the time

Cons

- unclear creative direction and expectations for deliverables - disorganized structure and paths of communication - little-to-no training; new hires not set up for success - lack of useful feedback on work - unsuccessful planning for shoots - higher-ups don't seem to know what they want (vague ideas without a plan to execute)
