      Pros

      The agency is small. Clients are few Good to start as first job in Dubai Work culture is okay. If you have worked in bigger agency, at first you might find difficult to adjust to the working style. but not bad at all.

      They are still 10 yrs behind No hr department No feedback or suggestions are taken seriously
