Pros

Very little compared to other companies. Hotel discounts are provided via Marriott not BPR.

Cons

BPR properties (hotels) is a poorly run company. Each year they get rid of so many employees. This stems from an inability to budget correctly and over promising of results. The owners buy into these promises and they when they do not achieve the promises. The staff are punished instead of the people who set the budget. Ruining people’s careers.
