      It’s an amazing collaborative team! They provide Neuropsychological services to people across the lifespan(18 months-100 years). They are experts in their field providing the best possible care.

      The company is growing, and the need is increasing. The company should consider expanding, streamlining communication, and focusing on DEI initiatives

      Pros

      I learned a lot about the mental health field and health administration. It is a smaller team and was nice to get to know all of my coworkers. The team really cares about their clients and go above and beyond to help them and support each other. Office environment was busy, but chill overall. Flexible schedule and good benefits.

      Cons

      COVID has caused an increase in demand for mental health services so it was very stressful at times. Clients can be rude or upset due to it being mental health. Some growing pains with changes in management and communication.

      After spending more time and learning more about BRAINS I found some of their ethics to be questionable, both in patient and employee care.
