Pros
unless you are in sales and making comissions ....the only pro is their 9 to.5 schedule with weekends off .
Cons
Unprofessional , unprofessional unprofessional. Will give you the age old schpeil of loyalty and professionaism but their admin offices operate like schoolyard bullies or local mafia. Its a constant measuring contest ..hazing of new employees and no comraderie between coworkers. You get a 30 minute lunch break to swallow your food and it gets docked out of your pay at the same time. Pay is poor for positions and you have to haggle for your worth and then not even get a decent salary. Zero chance of overtime to earn a proper paycheck. New enployees are treated poorly and there is a constant revolving door for the same position as seen on employment sites.
