      Pros

      Culture culture culture! People like to be here, everyone works hard, and all are friendly and welcoming.

      Cons

      Due to everyone's passion for the job and the distributed nature of the organization, it is sometimes difficult to step away at the end of my work day.

      Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. I understand your comment about stepping away from work and often feel that way myself. Evidence points to better outcomes, though, when we all take time to rest and rejuvenate. If you have any ideas on how to better promote that, please share with your manager or the People team.

      Great people, transparency, and great long term vision!

      Pros

      -Aligned team with goals and objectives! -Great coworkers, fun and inviting! -Work from home, with multiple offices to work out of -Strong runway and good brand in the Fintech/Crypto space

      Cons

      -Ups and downs of the crypto space -24x7 sometimes, fun but challenging as we are truly global

      Thanks for the feedback! Balancing a strong culture of accountability with the safety to give feedback and ability to fail (occasionally) is hard. Look for more focus on accountability, trust and physiological safety in the near future. Please keep that advice coming.

      * Great group of employees that are passionate, diverse in thought and background. Plenty of crypto experts but also subject matters experts in tech and business who are brand new to crypto. * Excellent product and focus on expanding its capabilities

      Cons

      * Would love more opportunities to interact with remote employees and others from different offices.
