      Great team, good balance of work and life, plenty of learning and career opportunities.

      Cons

      Bulgarian market is very limited for our services, so we had to look abroad. This requires some travel, but nothing out of the ordinary.

      The Bright team is small and really agile. No administration hurdles. Onboarding is 3-6 months with provided mentor. Flexible working place, incl. full remote. Competitive salaries.
