- O cliente permitia home office (não é todos mais que permitem) - Benefícios bons e VR/VA acima do valor de mercado (se tiver filhos já é complicado)

Cons

Fui desligada de uma forma que me chateou muito, a BRQ me disse um motivo e o cliente outro, a cultura de se "importar" com o profissional no final das contas não é real, fui demitida como Sr e contrataram um Jr no meu lugar, funcionários na realidade são só mais um número de lucro pra empresa.
