Pros

Kind people, a lot of time off, decent pay, good size

Cons

Brunner is stuck in an old school advertising mindset and clueless when it comes to adapting. There is a complete lack of organization, understanding and creativity across the "leadership". Profit is king. Image is second. Good ideas aren't respected. Mediocre work is the standard. Clients are leaving. Promotions come from time spent at the company and seem to have nothing to do with talent or ability. The recent business model shift is just a cover-up for a failing organization without direction.

Pros

Nice offices. Free Cokes and Beer. Come in late, leave early, 4-day work week- off on Fridays (paid vacation days)

Cons

Atlanta Management is a joke. Lazy, small-minded, apathetic. Mediocrity is the accepted, celebrated standard. Lack of leadership necessary to inspire transformation and win business. Passion and energy have left the building along with most of the clients. Pittsburgh office has some talented and passionate folks who truly care about the work and have a desire to succeed.

Pros

Your paycheck - what little you get "Happy Hours" to drink your depression way If you are a harlot, the harassment you receive from male co-workers and management will make you feel at home

Cons

Management - There is none. HR - A staff full of mindless simpletons who are completely spineless to Michael Brunner. Michael Brunner Work Life Balance? What's that? IT Department - Think of the movie Waiting....they are the lazy dishwashers. Trust me absolute worst in ticket times and one "tech guru" had no idea how to restart the print spooler!
