Pros

The benefits package for full-time BSA employees is a strong one (19 days PTO for new employees, good health insurance, monthly health and fitness stipend, annual city bike membership, 401K, travel subsidy, and more). Opportunity to work with a talented group of international colleagues.

Cons

The work culture is quite negative; and there are few opportunities for upward mobility and promotions.
