Management will only promote you to senior positions if you are Caucasian. They also will turn a blind eye on staff who sleep with clients or get so drunk that they cannot show up for work the next day. They have a tendency to hire employee's spouses who are out of work and will make up projects in order to do so. Their salaries are not particularly competitive or based on merit.

First of all, there are known to do the bait and switch, so be sure to get your offer IN WRITING because they often change things as they see fit for them, and then deny ever offering something. Company is stuck in a time warp and lacks innovation. Unwilling to invest into new technologies and also unwilling to invest in education for employees to be more productive. Nepotism runs rampant and they are unwilling to see the lack of employee satisfaction. They only promote those that are in their favor and good graces, and rules only apply to those that are not one the favorites.
