Thank you for the feedback. We're glad you enjoyed your co-workers and one of several perks we offer. As mentioned in another review response, we've recently started an initiative to evaluate our training programs. Admittedly to date they're mostly focused with only one department. We are looking to expand training services to other teams as well as introduce more soft skill training. We're also evaluating our overall new hire onboarding training. Worst working culture I have ever seen in my entire working life. Policies are changing on frequent bases which will not be in favour of employees. HR are worst, even they don't think about employees because they have forgotten they are also employee. Managers are equivalent to illiterate. Cost cutting all the time. even AC don't work properly.
