Cons
The technical solutions team is severely mismanaged. Processes are convoluted and feel designed to extract as much money from customers as possible rather than actually serve them. Leadership has little grasp of what effective team management looks like- there are no 1:1s, no feedback, and no guidance, yet employees are expected to already know everything. When you do ask for help, you’re berated for it. To make matters worse, the Chief Administration Officer refused to engage with remote employees entirely, making it clear that remote work is looked down upon at the leadership level. Felt more like an external contractor than an employee. Wild for a family-run company that considers their employees “family”.
