      Pros

      BST has the best workplace environment and culture I have witnessed. Everyone is friendly regardless of status within the company. They offer full benefits, generous paid time off and the ability to maintain a healthy work and family balance which is rare.

      Cons

      It can be busy so if hard deadlines aren't your thing this could be a stressor.
