      Pros

      BST has the best workplace environment and culture I have witnessed. Everyone is friendly regardless of status within the company. They offer full benefits, generous paid time off and the ability to maintain a healthy work and family balance which is rare.

      Cons

      It can be busy so if hard deadlines aren't your thing this could be a stressor.

      A lot of support from staff. The training and connections were great, never felt like I was underprepared or unsupported.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can get super busy and you have to wait around for help when it's hectic.
