Pros

Female-led business Cool office space in Gastown

Cons

Extremely toxic work environment. The CEO is abusive and the business talks about female leadership and diversity but it echoes the same rhetoric that bullying work cultures have. Senior leadership is non-exsistent. There's plenty of gossip and putting the team down. It went from 30 people down to 10. Clients aren't resigning because it's not worth it.

Pros

- Kind general staff - Health care

Cons

- CEO is a bully and rude - Constant timekeeping and micromanagement - No room for growth and our leaders do whatever the CEO says - Every time we ask for growth or education opportunities it goes nowhere - No HR and there's lots of 2 face gossiping
