      Pros

      -to actually make a difference in the world of bitcoin and the world at large -opportunity given to take responsibility -people love each other -bitcoin bonuses (honestly. huge) -autonomy within lanes

      Cons

      -lots of moving parts -move fast, break things, don't take time always properly decompress and learn -miscommunication between branches/segments of the company leading to a less than fully leveraged brand across the whole company. -salary vs actual hours worked imbalance

      Pros

      Very few jobs offer you this level of creative freedom and upward mobility. If you are competent and eager to take on new challenges, you will find limitless exciting things to do at this organization.

      Cons

      The organization has had to grow very quickly, and that growth isn't always 100% smooth. It very much had a startup culture when I was there, which I enjoyed but I know isn't for everyone.

      Most of the co worker's are understanding and very kind.

      Cons

      Poor communication skills, layoff threats every few months, VERY STRESSFUL even when you gaslight yourself into thinking everything's fine.
