Pros

Having a company car so I wasn't putting miles on my car.

Cons

No real schedule. Long drive to first work site. Supervisors don't tell the truth. Company expects paperwork to be in their hands at 8am no matter how late.you get home.

The job is simple and the owner drives a cool Jeep

The owner is a straight up thief. Doesn't pay out final paychecks, doesn't pay out bonuses in order to pocket extra money for his personal vacations.

Cons

Literally everything else. No benefits, long hours. A lot of stress. Husband and wife fought in the office and barred employees in front of everyone. After a year I wasn’t given a raise although I met all my goals and regularly got bonuses. I was told to meet a higher goal and then I’d get a raise.
