      Small Business with bad leadership

      Pros

      Private washrooms Personal desks Close to restaurants Decent pay There is also some nice workers who are friendly (non-managment).

      Cons

      Working here was horrendous. The upper management can be extremely mean and disrespectful to "the little guy", including talking badly of all employees behind there backs. There is lack of proper training, direction or work from the management as well as little organization.

      Their are no pros. Not a real company. No money + don't make any products = not real.

      Cons

      Company has no money, never knew if i was getting paid. Did not pay US taxes. Not a real company - they don't make anything at all is what my boss said.
