Very strange and surreal environment. If you have a history of working with reputable companies then this is definitely going to be different for you....Welcome to the Ghetto. Broken and outdated instruments left saturated in old media and and samples. Work orders demanded with no access to funds or materials to start the process. When you seek corrective action for reported issues management will look you dead in the eye and say its not true, didn't happen, wasn't reported. Then make up stories of non compliance about the employees who reported the issues. In other departments lower level employees will be hired for extremely low pay and worked 12hr days consecutively doing Senior Associate work. The medical benefits are horrible and atop of that there are absolutely no perks at all. Of course there's no bonuses because they cant obtain enough revenue to do so let alone pay their employees a decent wage. It's a revolving door of talent that knows better and gets out fast.
The work culture is sinister to say the least.
