I worked as part of the accounting team at BTSE. The company has taken on alot of new and amazing talent. Was able to learn from experineces leaders and helped me from day 1 until I left the company. The CEO and COO have great aspirations for the company and thier upbeat attitude raises the moral of the company everyday. Things were like the wild wild west before they came on board and gave the company structure and made it a better place to work.

The management team is young and open to new ideas, making it a great place for junior employees to learn and grow. BTSE's flat hierarchy means your voice is heard, and you can contribute meaningfully to projects. While things can get messy during this phase of rapid growth, it’s all part of building something great. The team gatherings and clubs add a fun and collaborative vibe to the workplace.
