Reasonalble working hours, relatively new technologies ( not everywhere though ), The rock is a nice place
Cons
Business doesn't have a clear vision, constantly changing priorities. Not the brightest available people in lead, politics was fairly strong.

Pros
Very dynamic place to work. There is constant investment in the latest technologies and the projects are driven mostly by the IT department. The environment promoted is one of continuously learning and improving which very useful on the industry. There were a lot of opportunities career wise as the company is expanding.
Cons
There seems to be to many overhead when it comes in releasing software and old fashioned processes. Too frequent having people leaving. HR doesn't seem to be involved in investing in employee retention
