The company culture in the office is horrible. I was told on my first day by my trainer that I would need to watch my back constantly. I was also told that my team leader would say things to me jokingly but that he really meant them and was not joking. Every person is nice to your face and then say degrading things about you so you can hear them but not directly to you. I was personally attacked by each one of my team members and had my team leader tell me that I was the disappointment of my parents two children. To make it worse HR will do nothing to help you because most of the people working there have been there 20+ years. The cruelty got so bad that I almost committed suicide. The worst people I have ever worked with.

Management contradicted each other. Made working with leaders difficult as leaders of the same stature would order opposite directions.
