Not a con but as the company grows staff can experience minor growing pains. But leadership tries to minimize this.

I used to be a frequent job hopper as no company ever treated we well enough to encourage any loyalty or desire to stay. BW has changed that completely for me. They actually care, offer great benefits, put your mental health and taking care of you first, flexibility, open door policies with anyone even the CEO, and just overall have been the most attentive company to work for in my job experiences.

Cons

The overtime requirements in the busy season can be exhausting.
