Pros
1. Company is constantly growing and changing, always feel there are new opportunities for my individual growth.
2. After 4 years I can confirm they focus on employee benefits and growth.
3. With the company growing it still feels like a family business, I can go and speak with any level of management to raise concerns and have always felt they respected my time.
4. Work life and balance is respected and employee well being feels like a focus from management.
5. I like the work culture, a lot of this comes from the transparency of management. I often have fun and enjoy working for this company.
6. Personally I started in the warehouse and advanced into the IT Dept. I had some prior experience in this field but my bulk was in shipping/receiving. The company saw me as a good fit and trained me in this position. I've seen them invest in their employee's a lot over my time here and it's the biggest positive thing I could say about them. It's been 3 years since this transition and I am very thankful they took this chance on me.
Cons
1. It can be a fast-paced environment depending on the season, when it's peak season the workload / hours can increase to meet demand.
2. Not all holidays off due to shipping requirements.
