Pros

Very laid back Dennis is an amazing boss, they need more people like him. Get a week off for Christmas and New Years that doesn't come out of your vacation time.

Cons

You have to sign up for the website to even look at the products so half of the "leads" that come in are junk. Very little training is done and so when you make a mistake, they blame you but it isn't like you knew any better or that you were doing something wrong. If you aren't in with the clique, forget about being involved with the company. And watch out for the vultures because they don't care if you have claim on a job, they will find a way to take it from you and then brag to everyone about it. Very boring to work there. If you don't have any leads coming in and you are waiting for responses, it is just a waiting game. Don't bother giving them a 2 weeks notice because they let you go right then and there. Management only likes you when you have a big sale, helps them get their bonuses. They def pick favorites. High turnover rate. Management talking about other employees in a negative manner to you makes you wonder what they are saying about you to others.

Pros

The business offers good quality equipment, some coworkers there are a pleasure to work with, while others not so much. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Egotistical, belittling, unprofessional management. Condescending on both management and employee sides. Improper training. Management will "Train" you for 2 weeks and then throw you into the shark tank then expect you to learn everything for yourself. They will also say negative things about current employees if you're new.. If you don't learn for yourself within a month, both management and other employees will speak negatively of you behind your back, instead of taking you in and working with you. . No set procedures. Management will allow sales reps to cut corners causing more unnecessary work on order processors. According to management, "Order processors jobs would be non existent if it weren't for the sales reps" Teamwork is not in anyones vocabulary, while "Its not my job to do this" is. Beware, they will drop a huge workload on you while giving you the "Job security" speech, but in reality its because no one else wants to go out of their way to do anything outside of their job description. So the workload is not spread evenly throughout the order processors. While they are piling everything on one person, they will not compensate, nor give any kind of recognition or appreciation. Management will belittle you in front of other employees.

Pros

Thou the management consists of egotistical, cut throat managers, there are some very qualified, top earning sales people which are wonderful co-workers.

Cons

Revolving door company which includes zero training. Management has no compassion and only cares about their personal bottom line. They compete with each other to double dip on commissions and bonuses while not paying bonuses promised to the employees. Managers belittle opposing team members and are condescending. The place also has a misogynistic culture, no growth opportunities for woman.
