The team on the floor is great. Nice people to work around for the most part.

Cons

Management has no clue how to lead. Very stuck up in there own ways , your voice is never heard and as far as caring for the people that work for them , they don’t . They make it seem like they do but they don’t. Letting someone go on there birthday is a pretty go indication they have no clue about the people. This company won’t last it a matter of time.
