Many young students get together and help each other to find jobs.

Cons

If you don't have projects, you don't get the salary showed on agreement. If you want to leave, you have to pay 7000$. Once get a project, you get 30% to 50% of client's payment. And you will not get the first month salary after you join the project. Baanyan doesn't give promotion even I work for couple years. I am so disapointed that the salary in W2 form is higher than the real salary. They keep another 2 months salary in case you lose your project and give you as backup salary. The health insurance is expencive, so lots employees don't buy it. Don't trust the green card sponsorship. The green card is alreay in your fake profile in their marketing.

Pros

It is very easy to get into the company. As an international student, it is easy to get an offer letter from them and get an OPT status. The compensation on their contract is not bad, but the premises to get real pay from them is to get on a project. There are also accommodations. They also promised Green-card and H1b when you are on project. You get to meet other trainees(mostly Chinese) graduated from universities all over the U.S. Some of them even graduated with a phD and are very nice.

Cons

The trainer does not care if you have absorbed the content, but just went on lecturing. Everyone in the management just wants to take care of his/her own part and has no sense what would be the best for the trainee or the company on a whole in terms of helping trainees getting on a project. ONCE you get to know people in the company, you may realize some of the HRs are very manipulative and even use unprofessional threatening language.
