Pros

Good rate of pay; Friday off if you work 72 hours over two weeks; Nice people; upfront and open about their problems; Take on as much responsibility as you want.

Cons

Confused direction; change is constant, but implementation is not managed. Commission package dimisinishes the most numerous products and has been cut. Weak senior management decision-making, change seems to be the reason for decisions. Doesn't provide training for tools and systems used - pretty much left to get on with it; Not interested in smaller customers - which is fine, but deals with it badly, with no communication and simply dropping them. Poor information on customers available - difficult to know what they have and how much revenue value they have.
