      The employees' situation was awfully miserable under the manager's hands!

      Pros

      The company actually makes cool baby stuff and I was able to get a huge discount when I bought my niece a gift!

      Cons

      The training was completely irrelevant and terrible, and the manager was all hostile, scary, and incapable of showing good leadership! The employees' situation was awfully miserable under the manager's hands!

      Pros

      The only pros here are that you can expect to be paid, and they pretty much hire anyone.

      Cons

      The main reason this is not a great career is that any and all issues with jobs WILL be the salesperson's fault. An aggressive (unethical to most folks) commission structure will clearly show you how much you are worth to them. Pay does not add up to the amount of work given. You are looked down on as a NUMBER. This company will trash you and your integrity.

      My co-workers are great. If you're lucky, you'll also meet great clients.

      Cons

      The leadership here is useless, ignorant, and horrible. The managers have zero clue on how the industry works, and they are ineffective at leading the employees. The managers will bring you nothing but stress and headache, and you can't really rely on them due to their lazy and carefree attitudes. It's awful working here.
