      Strong products hindered by ineffective leadership in marketing

      Pros

      Great products and fantastic marketing strategies from Germany, that we needed to replicate in the U.S.A market.

      Cons

      The brand isn't recognized within the US, except for Spa businesses. The leadership team wasn't effective. It is a different company culture, that could be tough.

      Effective products and some of the team members are supportive and collaborative, but not many.

      Cons

      The culture at this company is toxic and management oversight is borderline harassment. If you like to have your enthusiasm extinguished on a daily basis this is the place for you. I recommend you avoid this company at all costs, some very dark energy here.
