      Good benefits. Good amount of vacation time.

      Cons

      Be careful where you go. The Senior Manager at the Operations/Business Support department is the worst I have ever seen within the company and comparing to the same level at other similar companies. No leadership, no respect for employees. Blaming is very common when things go wrong. No attributions to employees if their ideas are adopted. The senior manager will do whatever he can, even go against the company policy to cut down the cost. No considerations for employees' interest and career advancement. Too much politics here.
