Cool product, amazing and passionate team, good culture. Flexible working environment. Ability to move up quickly. Environment fosters learning and developing new skills. Allowed me to rapidly grow myself. Competency of employees is assumed which leads to bold decisions/ risks(this is good) Working at Babylon was one of the cooler experiences in my life and I recommend it to anyone wanting to get into agtech / VF / hydroponics
Cons
High pace and stress of start-up reliant on VC. Not a job you can coast at which I liked.
