appraisal process was extremely disappointed with the outcome. The process was marred by partiality and politics, and I felt that my contributions were not properly recognized. When I raised my concerns with HR, I was not given a proper response, and it seemed like my complaints were not taken seriously. the work-from-home policies are also partially true. Despite being advertised as full work-from-home, the reality is far from what was promised. There is a lack of communication and support from management. To top it off, the company does not back its own team. this all creates an unjust work environment that is not supportive of employee growth and development.
