Pros

Such a horrible experience that it makes you appreciate NOT having to be there

Cons

Was tortured on a daily basis by a woman who had undiagnosed mental illnesses. Several people cycled thru before me and HR was aware of it but did nothting to stop it.

Pros

Beautiful, high-quality products, really great people.

Cons

If you're full time, you're pretty much expected to be there from 7:30 a.m.-6:30 p.m. six or seven days a week from April 1-November 1 -- for a whopping $15-$17/hour, so-so benefits, and no perks. My W-2 was an eye-opener. It shows a poverty wage. You're "rewarded" for sacrificing your entire spring, summer and fall by being furloughed for the winter. Meanwhile, the few in the C-suite live like royalty and treat employees as minions. Oh, wait. There are the (very) occasional low-quality employee lunches and crappy cookies and free admission to the Holiday House at the "holiday party" at Lyndale.

Pros

You get your own desk and computer.

Cons

Terrible pay, insulting pay raises, Long hours & weekends. Was commission paid position but they took that away and now offer a minimum salary, didn't want anyone making any decent pay, that money goes to the managers and owners. Management is probably the worst I've seen in my career-they offer no help or incentive but expect you to sell half a million a year in sales and offer 35k a year after taxes- not much to live on. If you don't make your sales, boy your in trouble, you get called into the bosses office for a firm talking to. As others have said, the HR department is not on your side, don't expect any help there, upper management has them on a short leash. Everyone complains constantly about how terrible the working environment is, only people who stay are those looking to retire soon, no youth or vitality there.
