- Rapid change to code being written by AI agents so hands on development is now a thing of the past - we are now AI applied Engineers. - Last few years has seen redundancies every year. - Staff moral feels low. - Company used to be people centric and were all about the culture but they don't seem to care about their staff so much anymore and more about chasing the next dollar.
