Some good folks, a lot of the administrative staff is great. Benefits exist, they’re okay.

Yikes, a whole lot to name. Management doesn’t care about its employees - pay is abysmal - you can make more in tips at the coffee shop down the road. I know a bunch of employees that work two jobs to make ends meet despite working full time at BW. The shareholders know all of this, it’s been brought to their attention repeatedly over the last ten years, they’re still refusing to do anything about it. They’re openly disrespectful and refuse to admit their admin staff has value. HR is a depressing dumpster fire who openly tells their employees they won’t grow. If you work in any of the administrative departments they’ll shove you in the basement to never see the light of day. Take a look at their hiring list to see just how badly they’re doing.
