Pros
Pay was solid, game project (4:Loop) is interesting & cool, team is diverse, friendly, and MASSIVELY talented. Production staffing handle task management extremely effectively, left me feeling consistently clear on what I should be working on next. Very transparent explanation of decisions/finances by management is rare & appreciated.
Cons
Mentioned a lax non-compete clause, but getting approval for public personal project work was a very slow, tedious process, needing to be run by several higher-ups. Felt like I couldn't share work I was doing outside of work hours, when participating in gamedev community is very important to me.
