1. They can hold your salary, if you are late to reply a any mail.
2. They will force you to finish that urgent task anyhow, no matter you have to work all night. if you deny, they will hold your salary and will deduct as well.
3. No matter you are from any technology, they can ask you to do task in other. if you can't or do late. they will hold your salary and will deduct as well.
4. They will force you to sign a bond after join the company.
3. Before joinning, they told 1 month notice period. after joinning 3 month notice. They can update anyone notice period anytime on the ground of Company policies updation.
5. On notice period, first they will not give you task, then you'll be out from scrum meeting. So, you'll sit relax. but after some day, you'll have a mail that you are not contributing your effort, So your email id, Git and other stuff and access will get deactivate. So eg., ideally you work 1 month on notice period and next, your next 2 month's attendance will not get approved. So, 1 month salary 100 rs (suppose your salary) and 2 month penalty = 2*100 = 200. It means +100 - 200 = -100. That mean they will ask you to give 100 rs back, otherwise they will not give your Experience letter or other papers. Some time you can receive a court letter also. or if you are lucky then they will be ready to nullify your penalty, but in that case also, you worked for free for 3 months.
