Baden has the opportunity to do really cool things and partner with some amazing companies.
Cons
The company is stuck in old ways, can't retain good employees, is always "putting out fires" and is an old boy's club through and through. Between being shifted between managers several times, being responsible for an entire department's workload, and never feeling heard or respected this place was a mess.
