Thanks for your feedback and candor. Many people call Baesman home, and most thrive in their roles here. As people move on, exit interviews often tell us that their time at Baesman provided them with immense growth and new opportunities for their careers. We’re proud of those results.
Quarterly meetings at Baesman typically follow a simple format: shout-outs to teams and individuals who went above and beyond, open and honest financial results, and any areas for improvement that are needed to hit our strategic goals. They’re usually filled with laughter and comradery, and while we can always improve, we’re pretty happy with the format. Sounds like it wasn’t your cup of tea, and that’s ok.
All that said, and as with all cultures and teams, we recognize we’re not a perfect fit for everyone. For those people, including yourself, we hope they find a new opportunity that better meets their needs. We wish you the best of luck in all your future endeavors!
