      The Stepping Stone to Something Else..

      Pros

      - The People - Some Creative Projects (But not many) - Somewhat Easy going Environment - Benefits are alright - Good place to get your foot in the door right out of college for a Graphic Artist. But wouldn't stay more than 3 to 4 years (possibly less depending)

      Cons

      - Favoritism (With family members specifically) - Doesn't pay fairly for the amount / type of work we do - Fairly Unorganized - Limited work/life balance - Doesn't Communicate well / Secretive - For Artists: the work feels very.. robotic as it is a production company - For Artists : Not a lot of creative work (unless you are in very specific departments) - Very High turnover rate

      Occasionally Food Days and Fun Days

      Cons

      Very little pay for the amount of work. Upper management does not listen to new ideas. Upper management does not treat employees with respect. Upper management treats employees like children.

      Pros

      Good office experience for those who have never worked in an office before. The people are great! Production employee turnover is HORRIBLE.

      Cons

      Strong nepotism runs this company. The owner is extremely greedy and doesn't pay her employees what they are worth. Upper management looks down at everyone at blatantly tells you that you are replaceable. No Work/Life balance! When someone leaves the company, instead of rehiring, they just demand that everyone pick up duties of those who have left - with no pay increase or incentive to do so.
