I'll give you a glimpse into the incentive program they enacted during one of our weekly sales meetings. The president wanted to motivate the sales force so he went to Build-A-Bear and created a couple custom bears. Both represented the owner of a major competitor, PMSI. Additionally, the owner's last name of PMSI is, Bear. Now, the incentive was whoever sold $10K or "stole" a job away from this competitor was awarded the bear to display on his/her desk for the day.
